Since the first restaurant opened in Verona, Saporè’s philosophy has been guided by Bosco’s continuous research in recreating a unique atmosphere and experience of its kind. The collaboration with Autogrill has allowed this concept to be accompanied towards a further evolution, bringing it up to the Mercato del Duomo, in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, an architecturally complex place where the objectives are ambitious and where the partnership with Bosco can still confer more value to the Group’s offer.
